New webinar for new providers in high-risk industries
1 October 2026
Upcoming Labour Hire Authority (LHA) engagement activities include webinars tailored to new providers in high-risk industries, alongside the standard new provider webinar.
Upcoming events
Starting in October, LHA has developed tailored information sessions for new providers in high-risk industries to coincide with the introduction of standard licence conditions.
These industries have been identified as having a sustained higher risk profile, with a significant proportion of LHA licensing actions being issued to businesses operating in them.
The webinars for providers in high-risk industries will cover key obligations, tools and resources to support businesses, as well as key aspects of standard licence conditions including conditions around accommodation and those that prohibit the use of independent contractors, cash payments and subcontracting to more than one tier.
Further webinars for new providers in high-risk or other industries are planned for December and February.
