The business had operated unlicensed and housed workers in overcrowded accommodation.
LHA compliance and enforcement in horticulture has led to 220 cancelled licences and over $2 million in penalties since 2019.
Surprise inspections at meat processing facilities across south west Victoria zero in on non-compliance in the industry.
The changes came into effect from 1 April 2025 and set new time limits for introductory classifications in the Horticulture Award.
LHA activities in June also include an information session for providers in Dandenong.
