If you are an Optus customer, we strongly recommend following the steps recommended by Optus and the Australian Cyber Security Centre to secure your online accounts.
If you use the same email address or password for the Labour Hire portal as for an Optus account, we also strongly recommend resetting your LHA portal password:
- Visit online.labourhireauthority.vic.gov.au
- Click the 'Sign in problems' link
- Click the 'Forgot your password' link and follow the steps to change your password.
