Broadening reach and focusing scope – wrapping up LHA engagement in 2025
11 December 2025
The Labour Hire Authority (LHA) has engaged with a diverse range of industries across Victoria in 2025, meeting with providers, hosts and other stakeholders.
LHA staff have travelled thousands of kilometres across Victoria to deliver a total of 58 engagement activities and speak with over 1,218 stakeholders.
Activities have included:
- 29 information sessions/webinars for providers, hosts and workers
- 24 stakeholder meetings
- 5 expos where LHA had an information stand.
LHA held tailored events for key labour hire industries – including horticulture, commercial cleaning, and construction – as well as broad sessions for providers, hosts and workers in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The sessions provided an opportunity for attendees to be updated on LHA’s activities and to learn more about key issues in the labour hire industry.
LHA expanded its broad engagement at expos in 2025, including information booths for construction businesses at the Melbourne Build and Converge expos, and at the 2025 Australian Manufacturing Week Expo.
LHA also held sessions for a range of targeted audiences in 2025, including schools, accountants and chambers of commerce to broaden the reach of its education and engagement activities.
