Mornington Peninsula Labour Hire Forum

Mornington Peninsula growers and labour hire providers have been the focus of recent Labour Hire Authority (LHA) compliance operations.

LHA will present findings from these operations, and from other recent compliance activities in horticulture and viticulture.

The Fair Work Ombudsman will also present findings from its comprehensive Horticulture Compliance Report, which highlights the need to improve compliance rates among labour hire providers, and in key regions including the Mornington Peninsula.

Local horticulture and viticulture businesses are encouraged to attend this free event in Flinders. This is your opportunity to hear about:

  • Active compliance and enforcement operations in the region
  • Prosecutions of growers and labour hire businesses
  • Protecting your business from the risk of compliance action

There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and discuss ways to improve compliance.

Register now – limited tickets are available.
